Steve's expertise in sales and business operations is the result of a 30-year career focused on driving value. After graduating from Kent State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Steve joined the banking world as a Senior Loan Officer in Small Business Lending. During his eight-year tenure in this field, Steve worked with countless small businesses, developing a deep appreciation for entrepreneurship. This time afforded him an opportunity to learn in many different ways: he was exposed to the inner workings of various industries, and also graduated from Baldwin Wallace University with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

After working on the finance end of remodeling, Steve joined the industry in earnest, accepting a position as National Sales Manager of Paragon Door Designs. It was in this role that he first became acquainted with Window World, designing the first entry door program for the company in the late 1990s. Steve then went to work for American Weather Seal as Regional Vice President, overseeing sales to dealers across the country.

In 2008, Steve joined Window World as Northeast Regional Manager. He was promoted to Director of Sales & Operations in 2011, and then Vice President of Sales in 2014. During this time, he managed record-setting sales growth, and also reconfigured the regional management staff to deliver world-class support to franchisees.

Today, Window World’s network of over 200 locally owned stores leads the industry in exterior remodeling sales and window replacement jobs. Steve works to ensure that through a host of products and options, integration and collaboration, and transparency, Window World maintains that dominant position for decades to come.

When Steve finds time to break away from work, he most enjoys being with his wife and four children, and an occasional game of basketball. He and his wife, Colleen, share a passion for the Special Olympics Organization, for which they help organize the Lorain County annual competition for kids with special needs. Whether putting a smile on a child’s face through Special Olympics or Window World Cares and its work with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Steve works to carry the value of service throughout his family and professional life.
