TJ Payne

T.J. Payne joined Window World in April, 2019 as the Controller. He was named the VP - Finance in 2021.

T.J. is a CPA who was one the founding partners of his own firm for 20 years in North Carolina. He was also one of founders/owners of a daycare chain for 4 years while in public practice. Before joining Window World, he was a part-owner/President of a national sign company for 12 years before selling the company. He has experience working with various businesses while in public practice as well as managing private enterprises. As a result, he brings his broad experience in accounting, tax, financial statement preparation and management from both as an advisor and business owner.

He is a native of Dobson, North Carolina and received his degree in accounting from Appalachian State University. He currently resides in Pilot Mountain, North Carolina with his wife, Sharon. They have one son.
