Window World Earns Top Placement in Two Prestigious Remodeling Industry Lists
N. WILKESBORO, N.C. (August 14, 2020) — Window World®, America’s largest replacement window and exterior remodeling company, has maintained its authority over national remodeling companies in two prestigious lists. Window World ranked the number one replacement and remodeling company in REMODELING magazine’s 2020 REMODELING 550 list of top remodelers for the 12th consecutive year. The company also ranked the number one national home improvement and remodeling company in Qualified Remodeler’s 2020 Top 500 list.
The REMODELING 550 brings together the nation’s biggest full-service firms and replacement and specialty remodeling firms. Companies are ranked based on their 2019 revenue generated from remodeling alone. Window World earned the highest revenue and performed the most jobs among the replacement and specialty remodeling firms. REMODELING also gave Window World the Big50 distinction, naming the company one of 50 great remodeling firms based on its long-term financial and operational success.
Qualified Remodeler’s Top 500 list is an annual ranking of the nation’s largest home improvement and remodeling firms based on revenue. Now in its 42nd year, the study considers gross sales and the total number of jobs carried out by each business. Window World maintained its spot as the number one national company, meaning it posted the highest revenue in 2019 among firms with widespread dealer networks.
“Window World continuously stands out as a top performer as far as revenue and remodeling jobs, but it’s the exceptional quality of service that our clients have come to expect that allows us to succeed,” says Window World Chairman and CEO Tammy Whitworth.
Maintaining its authority as the number one replacement and remodeling company in the REMODELING 550 list and the number one national home improvement and remodeling company in Qualified Remodeler’s Top 500 are the latest accomplishments for Window World. The company recently sold its 18 millionth window and has sold and installed more than one million residential replacement windows in each of the last 11 years. In 2020, Window World’s windows earned the Good Housekeeping Seal for the 13th consecutive year. The Good Housekeeping Institute also granted the prestigious Seal to Window World’s vinyl siding and Therma-Tru® doors for the third consecutive year.
