Window World Remains Leader in J.D. Power’s Customer Satisfaction Study
Window World is Ranked Highest Again in Customer Satisfaction with Window and Patio Door Retailers
N. WILKESBORO, N.C. (August 8, 2019) — Window World®, America’s largest replacement window and exterior remodeling company, received the J.D. Power Award for ranking highest in the Retail segment of the 2019 Windows and Patio Doors Satisfaction Study. Window World ranked highest in overall customer satisfaction among window and patio door retailers for five out of the past seven years.
In addition to awarding Window World the highest ranking for overall customer satisfaction, J.D. Power also concluded that Window World received the best rating for the price customers paid for windows and installation.
The J.D. Power Windows and Patio Doors Satisfaction Study, now in its 13th year, reviewed satisfaction among nearly 2,913 customers who purchased windows or patio doors within the previous 12 months. Window World received 878 points out of a possible 1,000, which is 36 points higher than the retailer average. The study measured satisfaction based on performance in four factors: installation; ordering and delivery; price; and sales staff and service. Window World ranked highest in overall customer satisfaction among window and patio door retailers in the 2013, 2014, 2016, 2018 and 2019 studies.
“We take great pride in the products and services we provide, and it is always our hope that Window World’s customers are excited to show off their updated homes,” says Window World Chairman and CEO Tammy Whitworth. “Receiving the J.D. Power Award demonstrates that our customers are satisfied with their overall experience with Window World, from the initial conversation with a sales representative to the final product.”
